Ceramic Filled Trowel Grade
DESCRIPTION:
Epoxy.com Product #651 Ceramic Filled Trowel Grade is a
two-component, 100% solids, ceramic reinforced, trowelable polymeric
compound which can be used to repair virtually any metal surface that has
been damaged by erosion/corrosion, cavitation or abrasion.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
All surfaces to be repaired must be clean of dirt, grease and oil. For
best results, remove contamination with abrasive blasting and non-flammable
cleaner/degreaser, making sure all dust is removed.
MIXING:
Mix entire contents of the base and activator or measure accurately (2)
parts of base and (1) part of activator, by volume, and mix with spatula
thoroughly to produce a streak-free material. Scrape frequently to insure
complete mixing.
APPLICATION:
Apply by spatula or applicator. Material should be worked into the
profile of the surface to achieve maximum adhesion. Material can be
heat-cured for one (1) hour at 200° F to achieve ultimate properties.
YIELD:
(1) kg. kit will yield approximately 32 cu. in. and (2) kg. units will
yield 64 cu. in.

PACKAGING:
Available in (1) kg. units.
LIMITATIONS:
Material should be used in 40° to 90°F temperatures and in less than 90%
humidity.
CAUTIONS:
"A" Component: Warning! Contains epoxy resin. May cause skin irritation
or allergic response. Avoid contact with skin. Avoid breathing vapors when
heated. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In
case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting.
"B" Component: Warning! Danger! Causes severe burns. Contains alkaline
amines-strong sensitizer. Avoid skin contact. Avoid breathing vapors when
heated. Wear protective gloves, goggles and barrier creams. In case of skin
contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of ingestion, induce
vomiting. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

for the period of time as follows: Epoxies, Product #315, Product #315BC, and
Product #316 one (1) year; Polyesters, Methyl Methacrylates (normal) two (2)
months and Polyurethanes Four (4) months; Power Tools and Equipment 90
days; Vinyl Esters, High Molecular Weight Methacrylates (HMMA) and all
other resins (not specifically mentioned above) 30 days; hand tools (non-power
tools) 30 days. ESI warrants that its products will be free of
manufacturing defects and will be in conformity with published specifications
when handled, stored, mixed and applied in accordance with recommendations of
ESI. If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of ESI will be
limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such
non-conformity is given to ESI within the warranty period for the material (as
indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is
sooner). ESI may in its discretion refund the price received by ESI in lieu of
replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of ESI is
authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in
any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of ESI. In order
to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice
containing full details of the non-conformity. ESI reserves the right to inspect
the non-conforming material prior to replacement. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESSED
WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR PURPOSE. ESI'S OBLIGATION SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE OBLIGATIONS EXPRESSLY
UNDERTAKEN ABOVE AND ESI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO THE

restocking charge will be charged in the amount of 30% of the value of the
material returned or $150 whichever is greater. No returns on non-list
priced items. All Returns are for merchandise (store) credit only, no cash
