DESCRIPTION:
Epoxy.com Product #115 "C" Component Epoxy Modified Normal Set Concrete Pack
with corrosion inhibitor is produced with the use of 100% solids epoxy
resin, specifically formulated to be compatible with cement, water,
aggregate and sand mixtures. Epoxy.com Product #115 is easy to
mix and is placed like ordinary mortar or concrete. It is dark gray in
color.

WHERE TO USE:
Industrial floor overlays, parking garages, bridge decks, bridge seats,
sidewalks, pile and pier restoration where low absorption and high strength
is needed. To prevent deterioration of concrete and reinforcing steel. Rapid
transit track pads.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Substrate must be clean and sound. Apply Epoxy.com
Product #7 Bonding Agent to the surface to be repaired at
a rate of approximately 100 SF/gallon (2.45 m2/gal.). While the bonding
agent is still tacky, place the epoxy modified mortar or concrete mix or
apply a slurry coat of Epoxy Modified Mortar to the area to be repaired.
Place the epoxy modified mortar or concrete while the slurry is still wet.
MIXING:
Start mixer and place Epoxy.com Product #115 "C" Component into
mixer and add up to 3/4 gallons ( 2.84 liter) of water per bag; add 1 gallon
(3.785 liter) of mixed epoxy resin for each bag of C Component; mix for an
additional 3 to 5 minutes. Additional water may be added to produce desired
consistency (keep water content as low as possible).

Place Coarse Aggregate in concrete mixer and start mixing. Add
Epoxy.com Product #115 "C" C Component, add water to produce desired
consistency, add mixed epoxy and mix an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
APPLICATION:
Place in conventional manner. Finishing may be improved with a vibrating
screed. After screeding, allow bleed water to come to the surface, finish
with steel trowel. Finishing may be aided by wiping trowel with solvent. Surface may be broomed.
Protect concrete during initial set with polyethylene sheeting. When
concrete is sufficiently hard, cure with both burlap and polyethylene
sheeting. Continue cure for 24 hours
CLEAN UP:
Flush equipment frequently with water. Tools in contact with neat epoxy
must be cleaned with
solvent-type cleaner. Tools in contact with concrete or mortar may be washed
with water.
LIMITATION:
Store material between 65° F (18.3° C) and 85° F (29.4° C) during mixing.
Do not mix Epoxy.com Product #115 "C" with organic solvents.
STORAGE:
Keep in cool, dry place.
SHELF LIFE:
Two years
CAUTION:
"A" COMPONENT - Contains Epoxy Resin. May cause skin sensitization or
other allergic responses. Avoid inhalation of vapor. Use good ventilation
particular if material is heated or sprayed. Prevent all contact with skin
or eyes. If contact with skin occurs, wash immediately with soap and water.
In case of contact with eyes, flush immediately with water and contact a
physician.
"B" COMPONENT - Contains alkaline amines, strong sensitizer. May cause
burns. Do not get into eyes, on skin, or clothing. Avoid breathing vapor.
Keep container closed. Use with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after
handling.
"C" COMPONENT - Cement powder or freshly mixed concrete or mortar may
cause skin injury. Avoid contact with skin; wash exposed areas promptly with
water. If any cement powder or mixture gets into eyes, rinse immediately and
repeatedly with water. Get prompt medical attention!
FIRST AID:
In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with plenty of water
for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Call a
physician. Wash clothing before reuse. Discard contaminated shoes.

limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such
non-conformity is given to ESI within the warranty period for the material (as
indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is
sooner). ESI may in its discretion refund the price received by ESI in lieu of
replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of ESI is
authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in
any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of ESI. In order
to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice
